- If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to provide a replacement or a full refund. Please include photos of the damage to expedite the process.
- In the event that you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal scent preferences. Scent is a subjective experience, and we recommend trying our smaller size options before purchasing full-sized candles to ensure you love the fragrance.
